Need to find someone while on the go? You can access the University of Michigan Online Directory (UMOD) on your cell phone or PDA! Follow the download instructions below to try out the UM Mobile Directory (UMMD) application. The application is limited to searching only, you can't make changes to your profiles.

To use UMMD, you need a mobile device with Internet access that supports Java MIDP 2.0 (most modern cell phones do). If you are a cell phone user, you need to sign up for a subscription plan that allows for Internet access. Most cell phone carriers charge extra fees for Internet access.

From your mobile device's network services application, download UMMD from http://webbee.eecs.umich.edu/index.wml (or http://webbee.eecs.umich.edu/apps.html if the wml page doesn't load). Then click on the UMDir link (some older devices may require you to click on the "jar" link instead). Known compatible devices and networks.
